Otago Childcare Centre was established in a character villa creating a similar atmosphere to a family home.  We have been providing quality child care since 1986.

We offer integration of age groups while also offering times for separate smaller same-age groups to work together.

Wild Things is a professional service that provides families with the highest quality early childhood education and care. We want you to feel confident knowing Wild Things only recruit the very best educators and nannies to nurture your children to reach their full potential. 

We will work with you to choose an educator or nanny who will most benefit your child’s needs, your circumstances, and your family values, and we are always available for you to call should you have any concerns - we believe open communication is essential.

We offer a range of babysitters who will come to your home during the day or evening. They will entertain, feed and bath your child/children and follow their usual routines/bedtime activities, settle them to sleep, and attend to them during the evening should they wake. We also provide Hotel/Motel sitters for those that are on holiday or business in Dunedin. We can also organise multiple babysitters and set up a child friendly area within corporate/sports/wedding and other such events.
