Clip ‘n Climb at Basecamp Wanaka Climbing Centre is the newest thing in family entertainment. With automatic belays and funky colourful climbs, it’s like nothing you have seen before. The automatic belays make it safe and easy. Staff supervise the session, but younger children require an adult to help clip them in. Great for kids and adults alike. Kids just love our friendly and fun 4WD trip! Our sturdy vehicles will take you high above Wanaka as we traverse Kiwi high country and farmland, travelling through sheep, cattle and deer farms. Follow the Maoris' footsteps as we traverse some of the original Greenstone Trail and visit one of Wanaka's orignal farmhouses (1865) tucked away on a remote beach.
