During summer relax outside in the private, fully fenced yard with a cold drink and a good book while enjoying the serenade of local native birdlife. Whatever the temperature outside, you will be warm in the winter and cool in the summer thanks to the Heatpump (air conditioning)!

The living area has 2 sofas that turn into double pull out sofa beds that can sleep up to 4 guests and include quality bed linens.

Designed as your relaxing holiday "home away from home", Perivale Farm guests can also enjoy off-street car parking, free local telephone calling, boat parking and the chance to visit with some of our friendly farm pets, including goats, sheep, rabbits, chooks, sheep, dogs, cat and cows!
