HIKING TRIP OPTIONS
Native Forest Discovery
- On tracks. Interpreted walks. You choose the pace.

Off Track
Hike - Venture off the beaten track, you choose the pace, sturdy
footwear recommended. Min 2hrs
Subalpine
Hikes - Selection of tracks and routes, sturdy footwear required. Min 4hrs.
Combos
and Camping - All adventures are flexible and can be tailored
into a package that includes a relaxing camping experience.
USEFUL INFORMATION
Pick Up - available
from Geraldine, otherwise we meet you at the easy to find Peel Forest
store.
What to bring -
Jacket, shoes suitable for walking, day pack.
Prices - our hourly charge for hiking trips start at $35 per person for groups up to six people.
Where We Hike - our trips can be interpretive hikes through native bush and splashing up stream beds, or up on the tussock high country.
We offer lots of 'off the beaten track' adventures that kids love!
Toilets - there are
toilet stops at the start and finish of our trip, plus we are happy to
stop enroute.
First Aid - our
guides are qualified first aiders, including training in wilderness
first aid.
Food - on longer
trips, all food is provided, including our own farm produce, home
baking, fresh sandwiches, muffins, salads, hot and cold drinks. We'll
let you know what provisions are supplied for the trip you book.
Group Size - we are focused on being flexible and aim to meet your family's needs. Therefore we rarely take groups of more than 7 people, keeping your trip small, safe and personal.
