About Paihia

Paihia in Northland’s Bay of Islands offers many exciting things to do, an excellent base for exploring the Bay of Islands. We especially recommend you jump on one of the boats or yachts to explore the sights of the beautiful Bay of Islands and its wildlife, take in some history and culture by visiting the Waitangi Treaty grounds or take a day trip up to Cape Reinga at the northern tip of the North Island.
